House of Refuge Deliverance Center, Inc. is a non-denominational Christian Ministry that was birthed and established on St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands in April 2003. 

  The ministry is holistically multi-faucted in its mission.  We caters to the total man to mean, spirit, soul and body.  Spiritually, we teach and preach the Word of God, ministers deliverance for emotional healing and wellness and wholeness, as well and offers services, educational programs, and outreach activities periodically to our local community.
